Our Story
Born from the challenges faced by time-poor business owners, Virtual Assistant Team was founded by Syntax Marketing, a Brisbane-based online marketing agency. Having worked with small to medium businesses and start-ups across diverse industries, we witnessed firsthand how overwhelmed owners struggled to balance tasks that distracted them from growth.
Recognising a need for smarter solutions, we explored traditional Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) options but encountered widespread issues—ranging from exploitation of Virtual Assistants to unreliable service models that left clients disappointed.
So, we decided to create a better way: a win-win approach that uplifts both our clients and Virtual Assistants. After trialling and refining our model with trusted clients, we proudly launched VirtualAssistantTeam.com.au to extend our services to like-minded businesses.
