Alan Adrian Asia – General Virtual Assistant

Hi, I’m Alan Adrian Asia, a proud dad to a baby daughter and a loving partner. I studied Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at National University Philippines, where I developed strong problem-solving and analytical skills that continue to guide my career.

I began my professional journey as a customer service representative at Inspiro Relia Inc., handling complex and escalated calls. Over time, I advanced to roles as an on-the-job trainee (OJT), trainer, and supervisor within the operations team. These experiences refined my leadership and communication abilities, as well as my capacity to excel in high-pressure situations.

Currently, I work as a Virtual Assistant, leveraging my skills to support clients with tasks such as managing schedules, handling administrative duties, and providing customer support. Additionally, I run my own online shop, managing everything from product curation to customer interactions. This role blends my organisational skills with my entrepreneurial drive, enabling me to grow my business while delivering value to others.

Beyond work, I have diverse passions that enrich my life. I enjoy watching action, adventure, scientific, and disaster-themed movies and series, which spark my imagination. Anime also holds a special place in my heart, as it offers endless creativity and storytelling.

Volleyball has been a significant part of my life since high school and college, and I’ve continued playing the sport as an adult. I’m now part of a small volleyball community and contribute as one of the facilitators, organising activities and fostering camaraderie among players.

In my downtime, I enjoy gaming and exploring new hobbies that allow me to unwind and stay inspired. Staying active, both mentally and physically, helps me maintain a balanced lifestyle and fuels my creativity.

Being a Virtual Assistant allows me to combine professional growth with quality time for my family. I value the flexibility of remote work, which lets me support my clients and manage my business while being present for life’s most important moments.
