Alariza A. Mendoza – Customer Service
Hi everyone! My name is Alariza A. Mendoza from Cavite, Philippines. You can call me Ala. I am happily married and a mother of two wonderful kids.
Since I love dancing, I was a professional TV dancer for eight years. I enjoyed performing on television and corporate events. Doing this job helped me to be punctual, with no attendance issue at all and of course, it taught me to become a disciplined artist.
When I got married in 2011 and had my firstborn, I applied to a BPO company as a customer service representative and was promoted to take supervisory calls. I was assigned to do the job because of my patience in handling irate customers through phone and email. I was also assigned in chat support, order processing, order tracking, and handling escalated tickets. With five years of experience, I was awarded as a customer service top agent and received an outstanding quality performance award because of my hard work and perseverance.
When I had my youngest child in 2018 things changed. I felt that I wanted to spend more quality time with my kids because they are only young once, but I also know that I still need to earn while at home. I took some trainings with Filipino Virtual Assistance company to gain knowledge in doing the remote jobs. I learned the basic skills in managing and marketing the Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Hootsuite, YouTube and other social media marketing platforms.
To be honest I am a newbie to this field but I know that with my experience in a BPO company and with the training that I had, I am equipped to be best in what I do. Thus, I am confident that I can be a good asset. I am also determined to assist in whatever way I can and help spell success to the company and smiles to your client.
