Ana Rivera – Customer Service Representative

Hi , My name is Ana Liza and you can call me Elsa just kidding 🙂 Ana would be fine 🙂

I am an undergraduate of BSIT in TUP Manila. I stopped during my sophomore year to work because of financial needs. I think about my mother and I told myself to work so I can help sustain our daily needs. We come from poor family and my mother is selling dishes for our everyday needs. I have 6 step brothers and 5 biological siblings. Almost everyone have their own families already, meaning they have their own priorities.

Because of poverty, I decided to work without realizing the importance of finishing my studies. I always tell myself that maybe if a person is hardworking, determines, dedicated and always eager to learn, that person will survive. I was right. Change is the only constant thing in this world.

I have a family and I have priorities. I need to be with my baby girl, if not all of my time, at least most of my time. That is the reason why I’m looking for a permanent home-based job, especially during the height of pandemic. I have 6 years of call center experience but I still haven’t got the job that I want location / compensation wise.

Hopefully with the experiences I have , I’m hoping to be hired and to be part of your team because that would be fantastic . I know this one is the best choice for me, having the convenience of working from home . Please give me a chance , I won’t promise anything, but I will do my very best 🙂
