Arielle Nicole Gutierrez – B2B Marketer, Appointment Setter, Sales Agent

Hi, I am Arielle Nicole M. Gutierrez, most of my friends call me Nicole or Ayi. I graduated with a course of Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in English at Notre Dame of Dadiangas University just last May 2024 and I recently passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers as well in the same year. A while back, I worked as an ESL teacher for a year before I was introduced to the Virtual Assistant world. As an individual, I am a workaholic by nature. I extend so much effort and passion to everything that I do because I was raised and trained that way. I was trained to not settle for a simple “okay” when you can be “excellent”.

In addition to that, during my college years since I was also a product of the pandemic. We were the first batch to experience online classes and that is when I started to dive deeper into various tools online which made everything efficient. I can say that I am tech-savvy.

Over the past few years, I have had the opportunity to build a diverse skill set in client management, sales, and social media handling through various roles. My journey began when I worked with an advertisement development client for nearly two years. My main responsibility was reaching out to potential clients through outbound calls, promoting their services, and working hard to secure their business. This role was a huge learning experience for me. It helped me hone my communication and negotiation skills, and it gave me the confidence to handle client interactions with professionalism.

I also took on a dual role as both an appointment setter and social media manager for a venue-focused client for a year. I had the privilege of coordinating with brides and grooms, helping them book the perfect venue for their intimate events. At the same time, I managed the client’s social media presence, creating, editing, and posting promotional content like videos and flyers. This part of the job allowed me to tap into my creative side while sharpening my technical skills. It was incredibly rewarding to see how the content I have created attracted clients and built brand awareness.

Throughout these experiences, I gained exposure to both inbound and outbound calls, which strengthened my organisational skills and taught me how to multitask effectively. I also worked closely with event planners and coordinators to ensure everything was set for our clients. Managing these tasks taught me how to stay focused, keep things organised, and ensure that all client needs were met with the highest level of professionalism.

Looking back, all of these experiences shaped me into someone who thrives in client-facing roles. I have learned how to manage multiple responsibilities, stay organised, and always maintain a professional attitude in every interaction. As I continue to grow, I am excited to apply everything I have learned to new opportunities in the future.
