catherine-ceron-vaHello, my name is Catherine Ceron, but you can call me KC. I’m a passionate furmom with 13 cats and a dog, which keeps my home lively and full of joy. I graduated with a degree in Mass Communication at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, which laid the foundation for my career in the BPO industry.

For 15 years, I worked in the BPO sector, where I gained extensive experience handling various Sales and Customer Service roles. My career spanned multiple positions, each offering new challenges and opportunities for growth. I developed strong communication skills, honed my problem-solving abilities, and learned how to manage and lead small teams effectively. My work in the BPO industry allowed me to interact with a diverse range of clients and customers, which enhanced my ability to adapt and respond to different needs and situations.

In 2018, I transitioned to working as a Virtual Assistant. This shift was driven by my desire to have a more flexible work environment and a better work-life balance. I never thought that earning while working from the comfort of my home is possible. I quickly adapted to the remote work setting and found it to be incredibly rewarding. As a Virtual Assistant, I’ve had the opportunity to leverage my extensive experience from the BPO industry, managing administrative tasks, providing the best client support, and handling various aspects of e-commerce space and digital marketing.

My skills as a Virtual Assistant include exceptional organisational abilities, effective communication, and a strong commitment to all the tasks and clients I work with. I pride myself on being detail-oriented and proactive, ensuring that every project I undertake is completed with the highest level of quality and efficiency. My commitment to my clients is unwavering, as I strive to deliver results that exceed their expectations. And moreover, the feeling of fulfillment it gives me.

Outside of work, I have a deep love for traveling and engaging in charity work. Exploring new places not only fuels my curiosity but also broadens my perspective on different cultures and practices. Once in a while, I go out of the country to explore and immerse with their culture. Lucky that I can bring my work with me and still do my tasks and VA responsibilities.

Charity work is particularly meaningful to me, as it allows me to give back to the community and make a positive impact on others’ lives. Whether it’s participating in local events or supporting global causes, I find fulfillment in contributing to meaningful initiatives.

Working from home and remotely has proven to be a perfect fit for me. It allows me to balance my professional responsibilities with my personal life, providing me with the flexibility to have quality time with my family and to care for my beloved pets and engage in my hobbies. This setup not only enhances my productivity but also ensures that I can dedicate time to my interests and personal growth.

Overall, my extensive experience in the BPO industry, coupled with my skills as a Virtual Assistant, my passion for traveling, and my dedication to charity work, makes me a well-rounded and committed professional and individual.
