With my 10 years of experience in the travel industry with holistic knowledge of multiple GDS like Amadeus, Sabre, Worldspan, and Travelport and various CRM tools, I would be a perfect candidate and a valuable asset to your team to provide excellent customer experience and tailored fit solutions and recommendations to the customers.

My background has prepared me to excel in this role with my experience assessing customer needs and desires, booking and ticketing flights, hotels, and car rentals in GDS and other booking platforms ,and answering customer questions to resolve issues and concerns via phone, email and chat support promptly and effectively.

Additionally, I am a reliable team player and a skilled problem solver, with the ability to think critically and proactively. In my previous role with Hopper before I lost my work due to redundancy, I was responsible to investigate and resolve escalated customer complaints or concerns promptly. Also, working on complex reservations and travel arrangements often involving urgent changes and cancellations. Through my quick thinking and strong organisational skills, I was able to minimise disruptions and ensure a seamless travel experience for the customers.

Moreover, I’m able to work with minimal supervision and excellent remote work setup. I preferred working from home to enjoy greater productivity, more work done in a distraction-free environment, and use the time saved to better focus on my career. Instead of spending hours every day commuting, I can spend that time planning out my work and completing tasks more effectively.
