Christian Infantado – CSR, E-Commerce and ESL Teacher
Hi, my name is Christian Infantado, 32 years old, married and a father of two.
I have been in the customer service and sales industry for more than five years. Throughout those years, I have honed my skills and knowledge on how to deal with different types of clients. Communication is a crucial tool to ensure that I have satisfactorily addressed the concerns of our customers.
I have joined trainings for e-commerce product listing and sourcing for Amazon. I have 3 months experience in product sourcing and listing in an Amazon drop shipping campaign and I learned how to confirm shipments and deliveries, tracking shipments and order fulfillment.
I am also knowledgeable in using Animoto, Canva, WordPress, Google sheets and excel. I have experienced working as a Customer Service Virtual Assistant for 1 year for an ecommerce business and the main task was taking phone calls both inbound and outbound, chat, and responding to emails as well. I am knowledgeable in using Zendesk and Shipstation too.
I also have 6 months of experience as an online English tutor.
Before, I was busy handling inbound calls for both sales and customer service. I meticulously take and track customers’ orders, answer inquiries and seek solutions to their problems. I even took the supervisor calls whenever my direct supervisor was not around. I also have experience with Customer Service Chat and Email Support; I answered their inquiries and concerns through emails and answering customers’ needs through chat as well. After processing their orders, I will do upselling and cross-selling. I believe this is something that is crucial for the growth of the company. It also ensures that our clients would know more about our products. I handle different catalog accounts all at the same time. So I’m used to doing different things and using a combination of skills to adequately meet current and future demands of our customers.
While I have a lot of skills useful to my field, I can say that having the right communication skills is something that would set me apart from other applicants. With years of experience in dealing with different customers, undergoing various trainings, and mastering my craft, I am confident that I have the right communication skills to handle any situation that may arise from my work. I have learned how to handle irate, confused, and even clueless customers.

And if there is anything that I need to know about the job, I am willing to be trained and I am a fast learner as well.
