Ciara Ann Mendoza – General Virtual Assistant

My name is Ciara Ann Mendoza, and my life’s journey has been shaped by passion, determination, and resilience. During my college days at St. Bridget College, I wasn’t just an active student—I was an essay candidate in every competition and a singer who thrived both on stage and in personal settings. Leading the music club allowed me to hone my leadership skills while nurturing my creativity. Alongside school, I pursued a sideline in makeup services for events, turning my love for beauty into a profitable venture.

At the age of 22, during the height of the pandemic, I took on a new challenge by starting a small cosmetics business. This entrepreneurial endeavor taught me the importance of adaptability, marketing, and customer relationship management, as I navigated the ups and downs of running a business during uncertain times.

After graduating with a degree in Marketing, my career took shape with almost three years of customer service experience across corporate and BPO industries. As a Marketing Assistant in a Financing Corporation, I gained hands-on experience in telemarketing, data management, and lead generation. My brief but impactful time in the BPO industry further developed my skills in customer service and communication.

In pursuit of further growth, I took a master class in virtual assistance, expanding my skills to include time management, task automation, social media management, and research. One of the most pivotal experiences in my career was working as an appointment setter and cold caller for a US client. This role sharpened my ability to connect with clients globally, strengthening my sales and customer engagement abilities.

Now, as a wife and mother to our only son, I balance family life with my professional journey. Through every chapter—from college and entrepreneurship to marketing and virtual assistance—I’ve worked hard to build a career and life driven by passion and perseverance. Today, I stand equipped with diverse skills and experiences, ready for the next exciting challenge.
