Delver Sitones – General Virtual Assistant

Hi, my name is Delver, but my friends call me Del. I am a detail-oriented professional with a decade of experience in the contact center industry. I have a zest for solving complex problems, proven people management and leadership skills to improve quality, cost, and time metrics for my future employers. I also have the eagerness to learn new things.

I started working as a typesetter where I lay out the books before publishing them. Once the Quality Team approves my work, I check the XML tagging so that the soft copy and the hard copy are in sync. I spent two years in the publishing industry and shifted my career to customer service.

I have acquired different skills in the past. One of them is call handling. I have years of experience in handling different types of accounts from telecommunication, money transfer, and sales. It helps me to develop different kinds of techniques in dealing with customers. I am knowledgeable in handling disappointed customers and at the same time providing the best customer experience.

Moreover, I am an optimistic person. I have been dealing with different employers in the past. It is normal that we sometimes encounter frustrations when it comes to low performance and the standing of the company. I am just so glad that I have this kind of character because even if things go wrong, I can still see the bright side of all bad things that may happen. Being optimistic is very important for me. It gives me the motivation to move forward and ensure that things are set and done.

Lastly, I am well-versed when it comes to administrative tasks. I am so blessed that I was promoted as one of the supervisors in my previous company because this gives me the confidence to enhance my skills. Most of the day, I do coaching with my team members. Once done, I gather all the information I have and save it to my coaching logs. At the end of my shift, I will be sending an End of the Day Report to my managers and the client.

With my experience, coupled with my professionalism and dedication to achieving success, I will be a great addition to your team. I achieved different milestones in the past ten years, and I will continuously showcase the best practices that I have learned from my previous employers to exceed client’s expectation
