Eloisa Jean Diaz – Accountant and Operations Supervisor
I am Eloisa Jean Diaz and I am an Accountant by profession with a passion in arts. My meaningful experience in Private Accounting is more than 7 years now. I have gained knowledge in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Accounting and Accounting for Banks from my job experiences in different types of industries like manufacturing, engineering and construction, restaurant, bank and fitness club.
My strong private accounting experience was practiced in the first 5 years of my career life in Philippine companies, where I had a chance to join different teams and support international counterparts across the globe. These experiences have improved my capabilities in analytical and critical thinking, problem solving, people handling and communicating.
SAP was the accounting system that I greatly used during my career in the Philippines and I also had a chance to be exposed to different systems like Microsoft GP and Material Manager. I am also interested in learning other accounting systems if given a chance because new experiences never fail to excite me.
When I started my journey overseas, luckily, I landed a job as an Accountant/Secretary to the CEO of a female fitness club in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. I had a complete spin in my career overseas because my job was not limited to accounting only, I was also exposed to different departments within the organisation like Customer Service, Human Resource, Maintenance, Purchasing, Advertising and a lot more. It’s like I had a little touch on everything and I am very thankful for it because I learned a lot! I even discovered that I could apply my passion in arts in making posters for our club’s offers on social media even if I did not have proper training in any editing applications.
The time I started a home based job was when I had a child. The fitness club that I used to work for full time didn’t want to let go of me and they offered me a home based job instead where they would just communicate with me online and through phone calls. I love being a full time mum with a home based job because I get to attend to my child’s needs and I also have the chance to share and showcase my talent and skills to organisations that are in need of it.
I can say that my rollercoaster experience shaped and formed me to become a good Virtual Assistant to serve your needs. It improved my professionalism, communication and well being. The most important thing is that you are happy with what you do and everything else will be better.
I am looking forward to working with you and I hope you will give me a chance to prove myself.
