The 13th-month payment is a customary practice in regions like the Philippines, where employees receive an additional month’s pay at the end of the year. At Virtual Assistant Team, this payment is:  

  • Invoiced separately in December.  
  • Calculated on a pro-rata basis, ensuring fairness based on the months worked during the year.  

It’s part of our commitment to recognising and rewarding the dedication of our Virtual Assistants, while ensuring full transparency for our clients.  

At Virtual Assistant Team, we prioritise transparency and simplicity:  

  • No Upfront Fees: You begin your journey with a Virtual Assistant risk-free—without any upfront payment.  
  • No Lock-In Contracts: Flexibility is key. If your needs evolve, you can stop the service at any time, paying only for work already completed.  
  • Post-Pay System: Invoices are sent on the 17th of each month, covering completed tasks, including an estimate for the last few days of the month. Payments are due by the 25th, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process.
