Gonzalo Pascual Jr. – Virtual Assistant, Collections and Customer Service Specialist

Hi, I’m Gonzalo Pascual Jr., but you can call me Gonzi. I’m a husband and a proud dad to a wonderful daughter who inspires me every day. My career journey has been an exciting mix of challenges and growth, driven by a commitment to hard work and a desire to continually improve.

I began my professional journey in the BPO industry, where I spent six years developing my skills in customer service, collections, and administrative tasks. My first role was as a collections agent for a call center linked to banking accounts, which gave me valuable experience in finance and working with clients. After that, I moved into a position as a credit representative at a different call center for a major rental account, which helped me improve my abilities in account management and client interaction

In 2019, I made the choice to start working from home to eliminate the stress of the everyday commute and to conserve both time and money. Although it was a significant change at first, it quickly became one of the best choices I’ve ever made. Since then, I’ve taken on roles like project administrator and virtual assistant, where I’ve developed my skills in managing solar installation projects, creating comprehensive layouts and handbooks, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting customers with their questions. The move to remote work has allowed me to boost my productivity while continuing to advance in my career.

I’ve also gained experience as a web researcher, chat and email support, and executive assistant, which has taught me the importance of being adaptable and proactive. I have a careful attention to detail and my talent for discovering solutions, always aiming for outstanding results. Collaboration with my teammates and taking satisfaction in sharing my knowledge to foster a supportive and cooperative workplace.

For me, remote work is not simply a job decision; it’s a way of life that allows me to support my family while being involved in their lives. It has offered me the chance to develop myself both personally and professionally, and I truly appreciate that.
