Hermie Janine Sevilla – Customer Service Representative

Hi, I am Hermie Janine Sevilla, you can call me Jha. I am a wife and a mother of three beautiful girls. I can say that I am happily married to my husband, who is an auto mechanic. I studied Bachelor of Science and Information Technology in ICCT Colleges. I started working as a customer service representative in the BPO industry in 2019. Handling phone calls, chat, and via emails. I need to make sure that it will be handled in a timely manner and professionally. In that way, I can provide excellent customer service to our customers. I am highly skilled, enthusiastic, and self-motivated. I believe in hard work and integrity. I am always making a long-term professional relationship with my managers to ensure that every project becomes successful. What makes me unique and best fit for this role is my ability to make sure that I always put my heart into everything that I do. For me, “Time is Gold.” We need to really value the time that we have.

Working at home is very different from being at an office. However, I would rather choose this kind of setup because you will be able to save a lot of time and have quality time with your family, and you can do your work-life balance. I can say that working at home is a better way to do a job and can perform well because I am surrounded by my loved ones. By having integrity, passion, and being compassionate, I know in myself I can do better. My hope in life is to achieve all my dreams for my children to give them a better future and someday to buy our own house and lot since we have been renting for almost a decade now. My fear in life is losing my loved ones, who really motivate me to keep fighting in my daily life. I can say that I can do all things in life with the support of my family, who always strengthen me.

I am the type of person who always wants to have feedback from someone because I always take feedback as a gift. In that way, I can improve myself to be a better employee and individual. A fun fact about me is that as early as 31 years old, I already have 3 children. In my spare time, I like learning new ways to communicate and speak better, like listening to English music and watching English movies. When I was in high school, I was a varsity player of volleyball. That’s why my hobby until now has been playing volleyball. I also love cooking for my family. Instead of buying or ordering food online, I’d always choose to cook food for them. That’s how I show my love to them. I believe that there’s always room for learning and improvement. That’s why I never stop learning.
