Hello there! My name is Joana; a mother of two wonderful kids, and a housewife to an amazing man.

“Education is the most powerful weapon to change the world” by Nelson Mandela.
On the same day that I learned this quote, I said to myself that I needed to finish College – by hook or by crook! So I enrolled in Cap College Foundation’s Distance learning, and took an AB in Psychology.

Psychology has taught me a lot. It helped me understand my personality, my attitudes and behaviour, and helped me realise that humans are the most unpredictable species living on earth.

I love to read books; they help me broaden my knowledge about life and things in general.

I am a very detail-oriented person; a quality I acquired when I took Drafting Architecture. It also taught me how to manage time wisely.

I worked as a Customer Service Representative for almost five years. I have worked as a level 1 Technical Support for an accounting software company based in the US. I have also worked as a Customer Service Representative for a Telecommunications Company based in Australia, and worked as a Telephone Banker for a multinational investment and financial services holding bank company based in America.

The last job I had was for an online food delivery service. I worked there as a Dispatch Executive for the Philippines team. We used to monitor the volume of orders for the whole day; track orders and assist riders regarding customer’s addresses and special instructions.

I am new to this job of Virtual Assistance… but with my ability to skill up, cope with changes and my determination to learn, I know that I can do the tasks that will be assigned to me in the future.
