Joangelo Tee – Licensed Electronics Engineer

Hello, I am Joangelo Tee, but most people call me Angelo. I am 26 years old and currently living in the Philippines. I graduated with a degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Saint Louis University and passed the Electronics Engineering and Electronics Technician board exams in 2021. I have had experience working remotely as a technology consultant and have also worked as a production associate for an electric vehicle manufacturing company in the United States.

I’ve always wanted to know what it’s like working remotely and working on-site, and this curiosity of mine is what fueled me to take on the challenge of working at different industries. Through my experience, I was able to see the best of both worlds and add to my knowledge, work ethic, and overall experience. I have been part of multiple teams and collaborated with people of all backgrounds. Working alone or with a team has never been an issue.

I pride myself on my willingness to learn and adapt, as well as assisting others and asking for help when needed. I’ve always been eager to bring my expertise, drive, and passion to whatever team I am a part of. I am confident that my strong work ethic and commitment to continuous improvement, has allowed me to make a meaningful impact. In addition, I’ve always believed in maintaining a healthy work-life balance. This ensures maximum productivity while also being able to focus on the things that truly matter. Maintaining a healthy working environment for everyone should be given importance. It is essential that the workplace has a culture that promotes growth, professionalism, and kindness towards one another.

Through my previous work, I gained valuable experience in high-paced, precision-driven manufacturing environments. My roles involved not only ensuring product quality and operational efficiency but also working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet production and business goals. I developed a deep understanding of advanced manufacturing processes, principles, and the importance of maintaining stringent quality standards. Furthermore, I had the opportunity to work with business users — providing solutions to help optimize systems, improve efficiency, and maintain continuous business processes. I have experience in troubleshooting, monitoring, incident management, as well as validating accurate data. Moreover, I was responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of assembly works, as well as ensuring product quality standards. I gained hands-on experience in manufacturing, ensuring safety protocols were followed, and accomplishing tasks in a timely manner.

Despite being a graduate of electronics and communications engineering, I’ve always been open to branching out and trying new things. I noticed that the VA industry is rapidly growing. This brought my attention to working as a virtual assistant. This allows me to be with my family and work on both my financial and career goals. Not only can I provide for my family, but also have time and space to focus on my well being.
