We’re seeking a detail-oriented, systems-savvy Automation Specialist to streamline workflows, reduce manual tasks, and elevate operational efficiency across our platforms. You’ll work closely with our operations and tech teams to design, build, and maintain automations using tools like Airtable, Zapier, GoHighLevel, and N8N. Familiarity with AI-driven solutions is a plus, as we continue to integrate intelligent tools into our processes.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated workflows across Airtable, GoHighLevel, and NAN
- Build and maintain Zapier integrations to connect apps and trigger actions
- Audit existing systems and recommend automation opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand operational pain points
- Integrate AI tools to enhance decision-making and reduce repetitive tasks
- Document automation logic and maintain clean, scalable systems
- Troubleshoot and optimise existing automations for reliability and performance
Requirements
- Proven experience with Airtable, Zapier, and GoHighLevel
- Familiarity with NAN or similar Notion-based automation tools
- Strong understanding of automation logic, triggers, and data mapping
- Experience integrating AI tools into workflows (e.g., chatbots, predictive analytics)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Bonus Skills
- Experience with API integrations and webhooks
- Background in operations, systems design, or process improvement
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms
