We’re seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy eCommerce Virtual Assistant to support backend operations across Shopify, Google, and Excel. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced digital environment and can confidently manage data, SEO, and platform integrations.

Responsibilities:

Excel & Pricing Setup

Build and refine formulas to calculate wholesale pricing across product ranges
Input ingredient and supply data to support dynamic pricing models

Google Workspace & SEO

Merge two existing Google accounts and configure Google Analytics, Search Console, and related tools
Audit and refine SEO tags and wording for improved search visibility

Shopify Backend Management

Assist with Shopify website setup and backend configuration
Connect and verify custom domain integration
Implement SEO best practices across product pages and site structure

Skills Required

Proficiency in Excel, including formula creation and data modeling
Experience with Google Analytics, SEO tools, and account management
Familiarity with Shopify backend setup, domain linking, and SEO configuration
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Excellent communication and documentation skills

Bonus Skills

Prior experience in eCommerce or product-based businesses
Understanding of wholesale pricing strategies
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize digital workflows
