We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to provide Level 1/2 support to our diverse customer base. In this role, you will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues remotely via phone and email while ensuring seamless IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 1/2 remote support, troubleshooting technical issues for clients.
  • Manage and resolve alerts from IT systems and monitoring dashboards.
  • Support and maintain Microsoft ecosystems, Office 365, On-premises solutions, and Azure.
  • Assist with network setup, including firewalls, switches, and servers.
  • Continuously develop in-depth knowledge of our tech stack.
