We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented General Virtual Assistant to support the administrative and operational needs of our growing home cleaning business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, streamlining workflows, and creating structure behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

Systems Creation & Documentation

  • Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for daily admin tasks and team coordination
  • Create checklists, templates, and guides for cleaning teams to ensure consistency and quality

Client Onboarding & Communication

  • Set up and refine onboarding workflows for new clients
  • Draft and manage communication templates for scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups

Scheduling & Coordination

  • Organize bookings, reminders, and calendar management for cleaning appointments
  • Support with team scheduling and availability tracking

Process Optimization

  • Identify gaps in current operations and propose system improvements
  • Assist in implementing tools or platforms that enhance team efficiency
