Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support, including calendar management, email handling, and task coordination
- Perform bookkeeping tasks using Xero, including invoice generation, expense tracking, and reconciliation
- Handle inbound client calls with professionalism and warmth—no cold calling required
- Assist with document preparation, data entry, and file organisation
- Anticipate needs and offer proactive support to ensure smooth operations
