We’re seeking a proactive and highly organised General Virtual Assistant to support a dynamic service-based business. This full-time role blends administrative, executive, and personal assistant responsibilities with light bookkeeping and client-facing communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support, including calendar management, email handling, and task coordination
  • Perform bookkeeping tasks using Xero, including invoice generation, expense tracking, and reconciliation
  • Handle inbound client calls with professionalism and warmth—no cold calling required
  • Assist with document preparation, data entry, and file organisation
  • Anticipate needs and offer proactive support to ensure smooth operations
