Skills Required
- Good English – written and spoken
- Comprehensive understanding of the Australian Medicare system (billing etc)
- Have the ability to convert leads / enquiries into bookings
- Be familiar with Halaxy (previously known as Healthkit) a client booking system
- Familiar with a communications system (Slack would be preferable)
- Familiar with the Health / Psychology industry
