Know your way around HubSpot? We’re looking for someone who can build smart workflows, clean up messy pipelines, and make sense of CRM data without breaking a sweat. You should be comfortable setting up automation, creating reports that actually mean something, and helping teams use HubSpot the way it’s meant to be used. Key Responsibilities:
– Migrate all data (300–400 contacts, including notes and reminders) from the old HubSpot portal to the new one with accuracy.
– Set up the new HubSpot portal according to our specifications:
– Custom dashboards
– Automated workflows
– Custom properties and fields
– Provide training to staff (as needed) to ensure smooth adoption.
– Offer ongoing support and make adjustments as we continue to optimise usage.
