We’re looking for a highly skilled Odoo Support Specialist to support our growing multi-company setup. If you love solving problems, keeping data clean, and helping teams use Odoo the right way, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

Tier 1 Odoo Support

  • Be the first point of contact for staff questions
  • Troubleshoot functional issues across Accounting, Sales, Purchase & Inventory
  • Escalate technical bugs to our AU Tier 2/3 partner

Accounting Support

  • Bank reconciliations across multiple companies
  • Review clearing accounts & categorize journal entries
  • Assist with month-end close

Data Cleanup & System Management

  • Merge duplicate contacts/products
  • Fix data integrity issues
  • Manage safe Import/Export updates

SOPs & Training

  • Create clear “How-to” guides
  • Build and maintain SOP libraries
  • Run basic user training sessions
