We are looking for a personable and proactive Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service while managing digital communications and marketing tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, quick response times, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Interact with clients, ensuring a personalized experience. Answer inquiries efficiently via email and SMS, responding promptly (within 12 hours) to urgent requests from doctors and clients.
  • Email & Marketing Management: Manage emails via Mailchimp, send out weekly content using pre-made templates (with room for suggestions), and help promote the brand locally and internationally.
  • Process Documentation: Assist in creating training materials by transcribing recorded client calls and system walkthroughs.
  • Website & Payment Gateway Support :Help showcase the quality of the business on the website, ensuring inquiries are handled efficiently and setting up a payment link with flexible options for clients.
  • Client Interaction & Concierge Services: Highlight full-service concierge offerings, including dental services, while adapting to the evolving booking preferences of clients.
  • Security & Collaboration: Use LastPass for secure password sharing and coordinate tasks with the team via Skype and Zoom (including call recording and scheduled meetings).
