Sales Executive (B2B/B2C Outbound Sales Agent)
Full-time
9 PM - 6 AM Philippine Time
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contact prospects and customers to sell products and services. Provide information to the customers about the business products and services.
- Making cold calls to leads and generating sales and revenue for the organization.
- Responsible for meeting daily, weekly, monthly, or annual key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Understand a company’s products and services and their advantages and disadvantages. In that way, quick resolution can be provided to the customer’s concern/s and questions and overcome potential roadblocks in the sales cycle.
- Flexible to assist inbound calls. Must possess communication skills that make it easy to transition between outbound and inbound calls.
- Dealing with customer communications: via phone, email, etc.
Skills Required
- Bachelor’s/College Degree with BPO experience
- At least two years of Inbound and Outbound Sales experience
- Must have experience with cold calling and generating leads.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Fearless attitude and a hunter mentality
- Able to work in CST

- Being self-motivated and driven to accomplish results (actual sales)
- Being comfortable with making 100s of calls and emails and followups with the purpose to close clients
- Be great at closing and multitasking with tools or sending invoices as requires
- Being reliable!!!
- Open to learn and improve and grow on a daily basis
- Must have great social skills to speak with clients and represent the company well and must be presentable.
- Must have sales experience B2C, B2B, and sponsorships or other types of sales.
