We are looking for a Video Editor & Social Media Virtual Assistant who can support the client’s marketing efforts across Instagram, TikTok, and other digital channels. This role is ideal for someone who is skilled in short‑form video editing, understands social media trends, and can also take on additional administrative or marketing support tasks.

You’ll work alongside an existing VA in the Philippines and collaborate with the Client to streamline her workload by taking ownership of tasks she no longer needs to handle personally.

Key Responsibilities 

Video Editing & Content Production

  • Edit short‑form videos for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
  • Repurpose long‑form content into reels, clips, and social snippets
  • Add captions, transitions, graphics, and branding elements
  • Maintain consistent visual style and quality across all content
  • Prepare content for posting, including formatting and exporting

Social Media Support

  • Schedule and publish posts across social platforms
  • Assist with basic content planning and idea generation
  • Organise and maintain a content library
  • Track engagement and flag opportunities or issues
  • Upload videos, write simple captions, and ensure timely posting

General Virtual Assistant Tasks

  • Assist with admin tasks related to marketing and operations
  • Help coordinate projects and follow up on outstanding items
  • Support communication with service providers or team members
  • Maintain simple spreadsheets, trackers, or content calendars
  • Provide ad‑hoc support as needed to reduce client’s workload
