Skills Required

Required Skills:

• Expert WordPress developer with experience in building custom functionality and applications to extend WordPress core capabilities.
• Front-end and back-end development experience.
• Solid experience in web site development using HTML 4 & 5, JavaScript, CSS3, Flash/ActionScript, and building mobile ready Responsive sites.
• Solid experience with all of the following: PHP, XML, Java Server Pages and Java.
• Designing cross-browser compatible sites (Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer, Safari, etc).
• Experience with code optimization and performance tuning.
• Passion for quality and attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working under tight deadlines, and adaptable to requirement changes.
• Experience in creating mock-ups using graphics creation tools like Adobe Creative Suite and converting those mock-ups using best practices standards based on HTML4/5, CSS3 and Javascript frameworks (like jQuery) is a plus.
