My name is Jonathan Goc-Ong.
I have almost a decade of BPO experience in customer service, technical and sales. I love dealing with people and I’m easy to get along with. Customer service for me is not just providing resolution but going beyond the extra mile, showing concern, giving customer satisfaction and more importantly, making our clients happy.
I have attended several leadership and management trainings, self-evaluation seminars, programs, and workshops to ensure that I am calibrated with my work and ethic values.
I am very willing to learn and accept challenges with a positive outlook. I can work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
