JonJon Lozano – Customer Service Representative

My name is JonJon, but you can call me Jon. I am 22 years old and currently residing in San Juan City, Manila, Philippines. I’m currently in a relationship and living with my partner.

My highest educational attainment would be one year in college at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, or PUP, which is a known state university in the Philippines. Currently, I am seeking employment online after resigning from my previous job for professional growth and development.

By the way, my previous job was in the business process outsourcing (BPO) or call centre industry. I have worked for two years in the BPO handling and assisting customers with their purchased tickets for events or sports, among other things. We provide assistance to these customers through various channels such as chat, email, and phone calls.

I can confidently assert that I possess a strong technical background, particularly in navigating social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google. I can also assure you that I always do my work in a timely and efficient manner, meaning I tend to get my workloads done on time.

More about me: I love food, especially Pork Adobo and Pizza with Rice, any flavour of pizza, which is why I am chubby. I also have 1 cat and 2 dogs in our house. During my free time, I enjoy playing online games with my partner such as League of Legends and Crossfire. We also enjoy travelling on his motorcycle, visiting various locations for relaxation and coffee breaks. Also, I am a cinema-goer, meaning I love to go and watch movies in cinemas. I always anticipate the new movies that I would love to watch. Lastly, if I have an opportunity to travel around the world, I would visit Japan first. I have a deep appreciation for their culture and fandoms, particularly in the realm of anime, food, and other related aspects.

One of my core strengths is my ability to think critically and solve problems effectively. I tend to break down complex issues into manageable steps and find innovative solutions. I am also a strong team player who thrives in collaborative environments. I’m always ready to share my own ideas and learn from others. However, I do recognise that I can sometimes be a perfectionist, which can sometimes cause me to be late finishing projects. This is why I’ve been working on setting reasonable deadlines and giving tasks to other people when appropriate.
