I have a degree in Psychology but I’ve been working as a Virtual Assistant for a long time now and have worked with a wide variety of tasks such as email management, data entry, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, newsletter making, email campaigns, social media management, and more.
Prior to being a Virtual Assistant, I was a Customer Service Representative at a well-known online marketplace and this gave me a valuable relevant experience that I still apply to date.
My reputation as an important team member who always gets the job done comes from my demonstrated ability to multi-task. My experience has taught me the importance of being proactive, and I pride myself on my ability to adapt to all kinds of situations as they arise.
From my almost five years of experience as an executive assistant, I understand the importance of being proactive. In addition to the mentioned skills above, I am also an expert at scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and managing travel arrangements. I’ve also developed the ability to anticipate roadblocks and create effective alternative plans. My greatest value to any executive is my ability to work independently, freeing up their time to focus on the needs of the business.
I think I have talked too much about my past jobs, so, I’m not sure what to tell you next. LOL:)
Well, aside from being a hardworking individual, I make sure to not forget having fun. I read books, play video games, watch cooking demos and documentaries, etc.
I am the second born in the family which is why I am independent (according to some theories. Haha).
