Jose Marco S. Rigonan – CSR, Sales and Technical Support
Hi there! I’m Jose Marco Rigonan, Marco for short.
I’m a father 2 and currently married and wish to work at home to have more time with my family and also to monitor my kids growing up. Nothing beats handling your kids personally to help them grow in a way you want them to be.
I’m a Nursing graduate but didn’t pursue my career as I believe that it is not my calling. I am well aware of the consequence of having an error, that is why I have switched to a different career path, which has led me to the world of BPO. I’ve been with the industry for more than 7 years now and has handled numerous roles such as customer support over the phone, chat and emails, technical support, financial and even sales.
I can say that I am a versatile kind of person that can easily adapt and can handle the pressure of any kind. I’m a quick learner and tend to go above and beyond what is needed. Also, what I can add from what I’ve learned from being a nursing student is the way of building rapport with customers, there is genuine care to it. Not just solving their inquiries but making them feel that they are important. I try to help them in the best way possible.
I am a highly motivated type of guy that has the presence of providing a positive vibe not just for me but for my team and customers on and off the job. I am also a detailed oriented person, with high levels of accuracy and reliability on the job.
Off the job, I am a happy go lucky guy who spends time mostly with my family and friends. Doing extracurricular activities that helps me be more motivated to work harder as it provides me purpose. As the saying goes “Work Hard, Party Harder”. That explains everything about how I manage my work-life balance.
