Joshua Percival Valdenor – Customer/Technical Support Representative
Hello! I’m Joshua Percival Valdenor, and I’d love to share a bit about myself. I’ve been passionate about gaming since I was just four years old. From my first console to the latest games, I’ve always found joy in exploring new worlds and overcoming challenges. Gaming isn’t just a hobby for me; it’s a big part of who I am.
Alongside my love for gaming, I’m a very technical person. I enjoy understanding how things work and solving problems, which has led me to a career in technical support. Over the years, I’ve worked for several companies where I helped people with various types of technology. Most recently, I was at TTEC, where I provided support for EFTPOS machines. My role involved troubleshooting issues and scheduling appointments for technicians to ensure everything ran smoothly.
At TTEC, I also worked at Welbilt Kitchencare, where I supported high-tech kitchen equipment. This position allowed me to use my technical skills while helping customers get the best out of their products. I also spent time at Peloton, providing support for gym equipment. My job there included handling emails, chat, and phone support, as well as scheduling technician visits. I love being able to help people and ensure they have the tools they need to succeed.
When I’m not working, I’m often spending time with my two golden retrievers, Alfie and Hennessy. Dogs have been a part of my life since I was a child, and I’ve always adored them. They bring so much happiness and energy into my home. Whether we’re going for walks, playing in the yard, or just lounging together, they make every day brighter.
One of the things I appreciate most about my career is the ability to work from home. This flexibility allows me to balance my job with my personal interests, like gaming and spending time with my dogs. I enjoy creating my own workspace and the comfort that comes with being at home while I work.
