Joyce Cristobal – Certified Public Accountant

joyce-cristobal-vaHi, my name is Joyce. I am a Certified Public Accountant and an Excel Savvy.

Are you looking for a numbers person for your team? Count me in. I believe I can give you even more.

Immersed in Finance and Accounting for ten (10) years (two years working online), I dedicated my life to helping business owners establish clarity in their business. I propose to do this by helping you implement these four points:

D – document your existing process

A – assess the need to change and/or improvement

R– retain existing processes that are working effectively

E – ensure growth by consistently checking and acting on the process above

I say- dare to improve your books and processes. I offer you- clarity.

Clarity will help you organise your life, improve your leadership skills, and will give you a lot of space for growth and development.

My journey as an accountant leads me to understand that one of the pitfalls of why some startups fail to survive is due to a lack of reliable information. When your system is disorganised, your strategy is disorganised too.

joyce-cristobal-vaYep. Confused minds will produce confusing results and the chances of winning grow very thin.

Most of the business owners I have worked first started with just overwhelming bookkeeping issues, then to unprecedented ballooning expenses, and later to the lack of strategy on how to increase more revenue. The first one was easy to spot but the second and the third ones came in after we settled the first one-bookkeeping. I tell you- it wasn’t easy but it’s always worth it.

So from bookkeeping, I became an inbox manager, to a social media manager and sometimes a graphic designer. When I have established and documented my client’s systems and processes, they were inclined to be more aggressive and even be more motivated to do more for their business. It was easy for them to hire and delegate other tasks to others too. That’s the magic of clarity

Dealing with clients required not just patience and expertise but the courage to speak the truth especially if the next steps will require them to challenge their biases.

In the end, we are in one team. We are in one boat. Your success is my success.

When will we start?

Let’s talk soon.
