Justine Orozco – Customer Service Representative, Fraud Specialist, Dispute and Chargeback Specialist

Hello, I’m Justine N. Orozco, but you can call me Jass/Jazz. I graduated with a degree in Business Administration in 2014, and I began my professional journey as a Customer Service Representative in a BPO company in Cebu, where I worked for 3 years. In 2017, I moved to JPMorgan Chase as a Fraud Specialist, a role that gave me an amazing opportunity to grow and learn within the financial industry. I learned so much during my time with the company, especially about customer protection, risk management, and problem-solving. One of my highlights of my career was I was being awarded as a top subject matter expert and top team support. And I’m committed to providing quality and the best customer service and aim to continue improving for my personal and professional growth.

I am comfortable working independently or remotely, as I value the focus and flexibility it offers. However, I also find great motivation and fulfilment in collaborating with my colleagues. Working together as a team not only enhances my productivity but also fosters a sense of connection and shared purpose, which makes the work experience even more rewarding.

When the pandemic hit, I transitioned to remote work and discovered that I could not only be just as productive, but also enjoy a better work-life balance. Working from home gave me the freedom to explore more of my personal interests, whether it’s picking up new sports like badminton, starting to learn Spanish, or simply spending more quality time with my family and my 3 dogs. It’s been a truly fulfilling and amazing journey.

I would describe myself as hardworking, reliable, and dedicated. I believe in doing things with integrity and always strive to be the best version of myself. Besides work, I have a passion for trying new activities and learning new skills. I’ve recently taken up badminton, and I’m planning to learn how to swim, drive, and even bake! I love how working remotely allows me the flexibility to do these things and still be productive in my career. It gives me the perfect balance to grow both personally and professionally, without the stress of commuting or sacrificing time for the things I enjoy.

On a personal note, I am the eldest child and the primary breadwinner in my family. I have a younger brother who is in college and about to graduate, and I’m incredibly proud of his accomplishments. My goal is to create a stable and financially secure future for my family, and I work hard every day to make that a reality.
