Katreena Lee – Accounting Officer

Hi there!

I am Katreena Lee, and you can call me “Kat” for short. I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Management Accounting and Associate in Accounting Technology from Saint Louis University, Philippines.

I am a certified QuickBooks online Pro advisor and Xero Pro Advisor and I have 3 years on hand experience using QuickBooks.

Some other apps that I am familiar with, which can help at work, are Slack, Asana, Trello, Google Docs and much more.

I have over 5 years of experience working in different business areas such as marketing, operations, and accounting. I am well versed in all of these areas and I am proud that I had the opportunity to wear many hats. The bulk of my work experience is in the corporate world where I worked 4 years as an Accounting Officer and Marketing Assistant in a medical distributor company and 1 year as an Accounting Administrator in an I.T. hardware store.

My specialisation is in the area of accounting, which I offer bookkeeping services such as, but not limited to:

I have always been a student of continuous learning and I believe that education does not stop in college. As part of my mission to continuously grow and learn, I am trying to learn basic programming skills which I started with JavaScript. During my free time, I build websites as a side hobby using WordPress, basic HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and digital marketing which I use to run my own projects.

I love reading books especially about self-development, psychology and the business-finance genre. For me, it is not only important to improve ourselves through technical skills, but also, we should strive to improve our character as it is equally important as well. My philosophy is summed up with the quote: “Progress is not achieved by luck or accident, but by working on yourself daily” from my favourite philosophy, Stoicism.

I pride myself on being the best in ensuring all of my work outputs are accurate as my most valued characteristics are being strong in attention to detail, adaptable and I always aim to deliver a job well done.
