Krizzia Vallecer – Administrative Assistant
Hi, I’m Krizzia, but you can call me Zee! I took up Bachelor of Arts in International Studies.
In my college years until graduation, I worked as a student assistant in our School Registrar where I learned basic tasks as an office worker. Working 4-6 hours while studying was a bit challenging back then because I needed to manage my time in balancing work and studies and also so that I can sustain my needs (LOL!!) Actually the biggest impact for me is that it increased my independence and sense of responsibility. I learned to prioritise things at a young age before saying hello to the real world.
After I finished college, I worked as a Front Office Agent for a years in a 4-star hotel. Being a front liner in the hotel industry is not as easy as it looks as you will need a lot of patience, most especially when dealing with irate guests. I learned to become a problem-solver to every situation and to multi-task since it’s a fast-paced environment and most importantly to remain calm under pressure while getting the job done well. After that, I worked at a Trucking company as an Administrative Officer for 4 years. Most of my tasks are Data Entry, making Billing Statements, Payroll, Scheduling, Emails, Phone calls, Setting Appointments and many more. I do most of the work since it is just a small company so having strong attention to detail when completing the tasks is a must.
In my previous jobs, I’m known for being detail-oriented, a well-organized team player and I can juggle multiple tasks at once. With these experiences, I’m looking for an opportunity to take the next step of my career.
I’m an organized person with good communication and written skills. I am passionate in giving the utmost care for details and situations which keep me highly motivated in doing the best work. I am willing to learn, and I am trainable to whatever learnings I need to do better.
As a customer service and administrative officer, I was able to provide tasks effectively and efficiently and even gave exceptional results. Having these combined skills, it successfully geared me to be more confident in what I do. If there is also one good valuable trait that I am proud to have, I can say it’s integrity. I believe that having integrity will help me and my client or co-workers build relationships and trust because I want to be someone who they can rely on and be easy to work with. I have the good working attitude to take on whatever project or task assigned to me.
And by the way, I love outdoor activities, especially mountaineering and badminton, having involved with such activities in my free time helps me build confidence, social skills, and decision making which encourages an opting-in or can-do attitude in every situation.
My main objective is to work on my long-term goal which is to continue enhancing my knowledge and upgrading my skills while working at the comfort of my home. I want to continue doing something that I’m truly passionate about so that I can deliver more of what is asked from me.
Thank you for taking the time to read, I hope I can be with your team soon.
