As a Senior Team Leader, this role developed my personality on how to handle different personalities.
I have been in charge of the daily operations including training of new hires and orientation of house rules.
Customer Service is also my passion and it makes me feel good when at the end of the call I was able to resolve my customer’s issue.
I had 2 years working as a Cold Caller, Telemarketer and Appointment Setter for Real Estate and Property Management companies where my daily tasks were to:
- input data from website to spreadsheet
- email response
- transcribing of messages left through voice mail
- lead generation
- appointment setting
- update data through CRM
- background check for verifying identification.
Working homebased is truly a comfort, allowing me to avoid traffic which can easily make a worker late to the office.
