Mae Angiele Cabase Brita – Human Resources Specialist
Hi, my name is Mae Angiele Cabase Brita, a loving mother of a 1-year-old baby girl and a supportive wife. I am the eldest child among 4 children of a farming couple.
I worked as an HR and Admin Officer in a manpower agency for three years. I was responsible for the recruitment, selection, hiring and conducting employee performance evaluations. I also conducted orientation and seminars for our newly hired employees. Aside from that, I was responsible for all the administrative tasks like updating the master list database, preparing and filing reports, preparing memos, ID’s, and contracts for employees. Because of my hard work and perseverance in my past job, I was awarded as the Most Improved Employee of the year 2017.
In addition to the level of experience in my background, I have good organisational skills that will be beneficial in different types of jobs. The excellent inter-relationship skills that I have enables me to communicate with the team well. I am also able to give some assistance and train new recruits whenever I am needed. The exceptional time and management skills that I have enabled me to finish the tasks given successfully, even under pressure.
Right now, I am looking for a chance to create something that I can be proud of and consequently would like to join a company like yours that can offer me an exceptional range of diverse options. I can perform email management, lead research, data entry, social media management, web research, project and calendar management, and product research. I am familiar with the Google Suite tools, Microsoft Office tools, Canva, Google Calendar, and Asana.
I have been going through online tutorials about other tasks that VA’s perform to add to my skillset so I can improve and become one of the best.
