Maria Prexcilla Ypil – Real Estate VA, Data Controller
Hi, I’m Maria Prexcilla Ypil, you can call me Peachy. I am a wife and a mother to my lovely daughter. I graduated with a degree in Communication in Perpetual Help System Dalta – Molino and took my postgraduate studies at Cavite State University. I was able to complete my academic units for my postgraduate studies and then the pandemic hit which led me to a different direction.
I used to work at an agency that handles basic credit data of all borrowers in the country. I was tasked to handle the documentation of financial institutions while dealing with inquiries from stakeholders. During the pandemic, an opportunity to work remotely opened my door to freelancing. I worked for a real estate brokerage based in North America. I was thrilled to learn new things and new processes and surprisingly I enjoyed the set-up which led me to take a leap of faith and fully embrace freelancing.
I built my experience through client support, document management, email marketing, email management, CRM maintenance, social media management, real estate back-office transactions coordination, systems, and procedures. I learn fast and I take advantage of available tools in solving problems that I may encounter. I can work independently but I can also work in a team. I find joy in sharing my knowledge and expertise with my colleagues. I am reliable, goal-oriented, have a strong eye for details, am tech-savvy, and equipped with a different set of skills and knowledge with a demonstrated history of working in the customer experience, and compliance field which makes me a rockstar Virtual Assistant. 
Over the years, I understood that being reliable in this field makes a great virtual assistant. Having the right attitude and mindset makes you one of the best assets an entrepreneur can have. With the right attitude, no task is too complicated. Also, I have learned that communication is key in this business, asking the right questions helps you and your client achieve your common goal which is to grow the business.
Working at home made me realize that I can give my best at work and that I can maintain my productivity by redirecting my energy to processing tasks rather than being pinned by the stress of commuting. I believe this is the best environment for me and my family. I can provide the best for my client, and I can be present and engage my family’s needs by working at home. I can be the best VA and the best provider all at once.
I’d like to learn more and share my skills and knowledge. I can see myself in this career for a long time I hope to grow more.
