Mary Posadas – Customer Support Representative

I grew up in California, but moved back here in the Philippines to pursue my career as a Forensic Psychologist. I started working as a Customer Service Representative in 2019 in a BPO company, but was later promoted to become a trainer.

My tasks included preparing training for the newly hired employees, coaching, and enhancing skills to improve their skills in giving the best customer service. While working as a trainer I also worked as a team leader for a while since it was a start-up company. I managed a small team and coached them every week.

I have dealt with multiple people with different skills and I learned that we cannot learn something new if we refuse to accept diversity. I did not know how to become a skilled trainer at first, but I tried my best and this molded me into the person I have become today.

I am a happy-go-lucky type of person and I think that every one of us go through so a variety of problems in life, but that does not mean that it should stop us from being successful.

I also worked homebased as an appointment setter and client engagement specialist. In this role I learned how to enhance my skills in email marketing and managing CRMs and social media accounts. This was my first experience with this kind of work and I can say that I have grown to love the job.

I have strong work ethics and I am always focused on giving the best customer support to our clients. I am a fast learner, can work with minimal supervision, and always go the extra mile in completing my tasks. I’m a freelancer striving to enhance my skills in this industry.
