Hi! My name is Melita Antonio, 43 years old and living in Tondo, Manila, Philippines. I am a mother of 1 boy and 1 girl, we really value our small family and working hard to secure their future.
Over the past two decades, I’ve been fortunate to build a career that has taught me the value of dedication, resilience, and a commitment to doing my best. I’ve worked in a variety of roles across different industries, each one shaping my understanding of business operations, sales, marketing, and customer service. I also enjoyed all my experiences, in and out of the corporate world. I love to meet so many lovely people, and meet and greet new people despite of being introvert. I cherish all the sightseeing during client visits as my privilege for being a on the go Sales.
In my earlier roles, I learned the importance of hands-on experience. I had the opportunity to work closely with clients, manage teams, and handle the day-to-day operations of a business. These experiences helped me become adaptable and proactive, always looking for ways to improve customer relationships, streamline logistics, and manage inventory effectively. Always eager to learn and adapt to the new technology.
As my career evolved, I discovered that I work best when I can focus deeply and independently. I’m more comfortable behind the scenes, allowing my work to speak for itself. Being an introvert, I value the time to think things through carefully, whether it’s crafting sales strategies, managing business operations, or finding new ways to help a business grow.
In my most recent role, I was grateful to contribute my experience in sales strategy, business development, and marketing. I also enjoyed supporting operations management and consulting, always with the aim of offering solutions that are flexible and focused on the client’s needs. My travels, both locally and internationally, gave me the confidence to interact with different markets and follow through on my goals. I take pride in seeing a transaction through from start to finish, including after-sales support, and I believe this is why many clients continue to trust me.
Though I appreciate the benefits of teamwork and collaboration, I’ve found that I do my best work when I’m able to focus independently, bringing care and precision to every task. My goal is simple: to add value through steady, thoughtful work, always keeping a low profile and letting the results speak for themselves.
