I started working in the corporate world as an entry-level customer service agent.
I got promoted after 9 months to SME (Subject matter Expert) then transferred to the Quality Assurance Team handling new hire certification and on-boarding. After 2 years, I found out that my passion is more on people management. I pursued my passion and landed a Leadership role, handling 16-18 agents making sure that they were well-trained and fully-equipped with a clear direction towards our Team Goal.

Throughout the years, I was able to get an opportunity to lead, influence and make decisions not only for myself and personal growth but for my entire team.

I already handled multiple Freelancing Projects such as Scheduler for a Sports Company, Social Media Manager of a Liquor brand, and Admin Assistant to a well-known Real Estate Coaching group.

I love to read books and my favorites are of “The One Minute Manager”, “The Art of War” and the principle of “The Golden Circle”.

I also watch webinars, online coaching sessions, and training.

I am the eldest of 3 siblings and I came from a broken family. Our parents broke up when I was in High School. I grew up independently and started a family when I was 16. I have worked in various fields such as glass installer, welder, painter, dishwasher, bagger, service crew and many more. After years of struggle, pain, rejection, and failures, I was able to manage and stand for only one reason: to Survive. Over that time I met people, friends, and foes who taught me to be a better version of myself.

Having a positive outlook in life and learning from my mistakes and failures shaped me into the person I am today. I want to meet more successful people not only in their careers but also in their families. I want to learn from them and be mentored by them.

My passion is to help people like me to succeed and have constructive dispositions in life.

What we do for ourselves dies with us. What we do for others and the world remains immortal.
