I have 10+ years of experience in customer service, reporting, collections and sales. I have work experience as a customer specialist for Bebe.com and Amazon.com. In addition to this, I have a strong background working in the financial industry, having worked for JP Morgan Chase Bank and Wells Fargo. Working for these banks helped me gain extensive knowledge in the Auto loans industry and the US tax and US payroll field.
While I always make sure that my work is my top priority, I also believe in valuing my personal time. This is why I started a career as a home-based freelancer where I can continue to build the existing career I have while enjoying the freedom of a remote job.
As of the moment, I am a General Virtual Assistant/Appointment Setter. Flexibility, adaptability, self-discipline, integrity and being proactive are the skills that we need to have. It’s part of our job to do data management, data entry, setting an appointment, doing outbound calls and research every working day. But I do not limit myself to these tasks. My exposure to the Business Process Outsourcing Industry (BPO) has helped me gain different skills and competencies. I am very passionate about continuous learning. Learning new skills and improving one’s self are my main goals to increase my worth to the client and to the company. Through this, I can always be sure to finish every work/task as desired and even go beyond what is expected.
I’m a very hard-working individual with strong critical thinking, analytical, organisational and time-management skills.
My goal is to help business owners’ with their tasks, to make their life easier and help them streamline their success. I always believe that clients should always get the best value for their money. I always make sure that I am exceeding their expectations on every task that is delegated to me.
