Hello – I’m Sheena Cabarce. 🙂
I have 9 years of Call Center experience and been through a lot of different campaigns and programs.
I also worked with most of the top Telco’s in the US and also in Australia. I have handled different roles in the industry including:
- Email Support
- Customer Service
- Technical Support
- Financial Customer Support
- Sales Representative…
… and a mix of everything when I worked with the largest search engine in the world.
I have been awarded numerous times for having high customer service satisfaction and high QA Scores.
I have 3 children and they are the reason why I became a Virtual Assistant. I wanted to spend more time with them where I can see them while I work.
Being a VA gives me more time with the family. This role has also taught me a lot and I have had the opportunity to communicate many different people from around the world.
