susan-george-vaHi I’m Susan. It’s lovely to virtually meet you. I am an administration superstar with over 20 years’ experience in roles that require excellent organisation skills across a wide range of industries. I am the answer you are looking for.

I grew up in England and come from a large family who taught me that working hard is important in life along with being reliable and treating people with respect. At a young age I earnt my own money working paper rounds, cleaning, and babysitting. I moved into hospitality at the age of 16 and worked daytime in a bakery and evenings in a nightclub.

When I finished High School, I studied Leisure Policy and Administration in Brighton and graduated with BA Hons degree. I then moved to America at the age of 21 as I received a scholarship to a University to complete a Masters degree in Sport and Leisure Commerce.

I think I cried all the way to America as I hadn’t flown long haul before and I’ll be honest, I was scared to be away from my family and diving into the unknown. However, it was an amazing experience living and working in America. In the end, I lived in America for 5 years in the end and worked for North America’s largest international festival. This is where it truly became apparent that my love of organising was my calling.

When I moved back to England I worked in a number of industries, publishing, education and government in Office and Stakeholder Management. Before I decided to pack up and head of travelling around the world. That was in 2012 and here I am nearly 10 years later and Australian Citizen living in a stunning small coastal town.

susan-george-vaIn Australia I worked in hospitality for 5 years and enhanced my customer service skills Before moving into Administration, Sales and Marketing roles with tourism operators and local and regional tourism organisations. I was made redundant due to Covid 19 however was employed full time within 4 weeks in an Office Administrator role in the construction industry.

Hopefully, you are still with me. Now you know a little about my story you would like to know what I can bring to your business/organisation. With over 20 years’ experience in office management and marketing I am here to assist you with those tasks that have been on your ‘to do’ list for too long. I can assist with any administration tasks, setting up word document templates, spreadsheets, databases, grant writing and applications, accounts reconciliation, invoicing etc, event planning, travel arrangements, group travel itineraries, proof reading, research, email management, newsletter creation and distribution, meeting minutes, agendas, PowerPoint presentations and collating meeting packs for distribution. The list is endless, all you need to do is ask and I’ll let you know if I can assist.
