I’m a Graduate of BSBA – Major in Marketing Management. I have more than 3 years of BPO experience both in Sales and Customer Service from a Financial, Online Shopping and Telecommunications Company.

I finished my degree in Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. I used to work as a JR Quality Assurance in a call center. I am familiar with web programming, like Joomla and WordPress.

I graduated with a degree in Information System. Fortunately, the company where I interned hire me as an SEO specialist. I also worked as a Telephone Banker and lastly as a Collections Account Agent.

I’m a well trained as a Customer Service Representative within the BPO industry handling a financial campaign. I also have experienced working as a VA handling a Shopify store.

During the peak of my Father’s career, we had made investments such as a car and new furniture, and we had a great life! But my mother didn’t want us to take that money for granted. And then when my sister was diagnosed with diabetes, all of our savings was spent on her. We did all we could – and of course we don’t know how long we are going to be here on earth… and I’m sad to say, my eldest sister died because of chronic kidney disease. We were so devastated and struggling to move on.

I can assist you with office and administration duties. I have excellent written and verbal communication. I am highly organised, have proven leadership skills and have the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

I am an experienced Customer Service Representative and Admin Assistant. I have worked with email handling, data entry, sales appointment setting and even cold calling. I have taken orders, responded to customer complaints, contacted lists about surveys, conducted staff evaluations, schedules and processed employee payrolls.

I am a Digital Marketing specialist with a passion for Social Media Management. I have experience with Search Engine Optimisation, on-page and off-page analysis of client’s websites, keyword research and working on Google properties to build a strong presence for local businesses.

I have worked as a Customer Service Representative and Market Researcher. I am computer literate, patient, can work with less supervision and take a positive approach to my work and life. I have been working for a Telco provider and received promotions during my time there.
