I have been a Customer Service Representative, Quality Assurance Specialist, Recruiter, Technical Support Officer, and Admin Support. I have managed teams, coached, and even worked as an ESL tutor for Chinese students. I can work with minimal supervision, and I am reliable, flexible and customer-driven.
