Aubryan recently worked as an IT Helpdesk Support for a veterinary practice software company. He managed tickets through a ticketing system through Freshdesk and provided support through email, chat and phone calls.

I am Katrina Nuñal from Marikina City, Philippines. Friends and colleagues call me Kat probably because they find it too formal to call me by my first name. I graduated in 2005 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce Major in Business Administration from the University of Santo Tomas, the Catholic University of the Philippines.

I had a job experience in Lead Generation and Appointment Setting. I gained skills in Web Profiling, List Building, Data Mining, Data Scraping and intensive online research. I was also able to gain knowledge on social media and email marketing.

I am a Virtual Assistant and a Business Development Specialist. I took some online courses and training like Social Media Management. I also watched free online courses at UDEMY to gain more and more skills.

I am well versed in Customer Service but at the same time, I have had my share of doing administrative tasks from previous jobs when I started working at home. I learned how to be flexible with shifting schedules and can easily learn new tools and applications.

I am an experienced professional for customer service, I earned the badge for being an SME (Subject Matter Expert) and have proven data analysis as a problem solver. I am a self-starter thus I have the ability to work from home (or other locations) with minimal oversight to manage multiple projects and deadlines – with no excuses.

I am a General Virtual Assistant with a work ethic handed down from my parents: “When you work, work hard!” 🙂 I can perform a variety of admin tasks for you. I am computer literate, have good communication skills, can handle stress, and take responsibility for my work.

I have a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and have worked as a HR Generalist. I have good interpersonal, research, and communication skills. I am hardworking, trainable, and good at multi tasking. I enjoy learning, growing as an individual, and taking chances.
