Ryan has worked in the BPO industry as a technical chat/phone support for a financial Software (Quicken). He is always ready to learn new things and grow more.

I acquired my Bachelor’s Degree in Management at the Philippine School of Business Administration in 1998. In 2010 I was able to complete and obtain my Masteral Degree in Public Administration through the Department of Education Scholarship Program. Most of my training for the past 18 years was in the Regional Office of DepEd MIMAROPA. I worked in Office Management and was assigned at the Office of the Regional Director as the Administrative Assistant. I strongly believe that the learnings and skills I have developed were gain through my time there – as well as the experiences. During my tenure, I was awarded twice as Outstanding Regional First Level Employee.

Helena holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and has experience with Drafting and Estimates. She is proficient with the use of AutoCAD, 3D in Sketchup, Vray for rendering and the Microsoft Office Suite. She is hardworking, dedicated to meeting deadlines, and takes a positive and enthusiastic approach towards her work.

I am equipped with experience in marketing from working as a Marketing Head of a local private company. I am also equipped with Communication skills as I have a degree in Communications Arts major in Media Arts.

I am a Customer Service and Technical Support Representative with a head for problem solving and analysis. I am adaptable, have strong initiative, and am very experienced with the Zoho CRM, Skype and Zopim. I am an Undergraduate in BS in Chemical Engineering and BS in Information Technology.

I have a Bachelor of Elementary Education major in Special Education, and am comfortable communicating in 3 languages – including English. I have experience working as a Customer Service and Technical Support Representative. I am a determined, energetic, honest and responsible person who can work with grace under pressure.
